Hi guys.
I wanted to transfer my BATS to uphold and to do so I tried to verify my identity.
However, UPHOLD suspended my account because the age difference between the ID card and my selfie is too big.
As a result, I can no longer see my BATS unless the page is still loading. Otherwise, I see an error page.
Moreover, I tried to import my wallet on another computer and it shows me only 2 BATS…
