Lose BAT from the rewards (October)

I have 4 devices using brave browser, but my October reward is dropped from 20 BAT to 1 ~ 3 BAT.
What is the cause here? So the amount of money the advertiser pays to Brave will take it away and not pay the user?
I have seen other members similar to me. It seems they are not clean

Me too , and brave said “check status for payout”
