Logitech G502 volume up/down buttons only not working on Brave Browser

I recently bound the volume up and down buttons to my Logitech G502 mouse, and they have been working for every other program. But for Brave, they don’t work. Every other button on my mouse works. The volume controls work for Chrome, Edge and every other app on my computer, so I know this isn’t a Logitech issue alone. Help please?

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Have a Logitech G502 mouse
  2. Bind volume up and down to mouse buttons G8 and G7 respectively
  3. Use buttons to change volume on Brave Browser

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Nothing changes

Expected result:
The volume bar pops up and changes volume

Could you try in a private window ?
If that works, its probably some extensions. So remove them and test in a normal window to see which one is causing the issue.
