Logins and passwords disappeared but are still present in Login Data file

Description of the issue:
i just opened my laptop this morning and I could not log in in any website at all with my saved passwords.

After looking at the settings of the bowser, I discovered that my passwords were all gone.

I checked on the Login Data from the \AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data\Default folder and everything seems to be here. My ~200 saved logins and passwords are still here.

I tried saving my Local State and my Login Data, clearing my browser and putting back the files but it does not seems to work.

Everything else is still here, my bookmarks didn’t move, i do not use any third party app to manage my passwords or anything.

Can my passwords be recovered using the Local State and the Login Data files ?

Expected result:
Recovery of my saved passwords

Additional Information:

@SICHOUILLE sounds like your issue is due to encryption. Something happened in your keychain. Official document on this is at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/29808985123085-Sensitive-data-storage which may help a bit

Typically unless keychain can be resolved, there’s nothing that can be done. If you had recently changed your password or something, possibly changing it back could resolve or something. But it needs the encryption key and if the saved passwords aren’t visible, it means you’ve lost the encryption key.
