Login failure to specific site: "Forbidden Invalid Authenticity Token"

Trying to log into the site:
https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov

Brave remembers password but upon entering login and password I receive message:
“Forbidden Invalid Authenticity Token”

However, I can login manually using a Private Window.

I deleted all the related passwords, cleared cashe.
When Forgot Password is selected, and I enter the associated known good email addr (that works in private Window) I get “zendesk refuses to connect”
image

100% reproducible.

Windows 7/64
Brave Version 1.27.109 Chromium: 92.0.4515.115 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Thanks

@intermod,
Thank you for reaching out.
I’m able to login to my own Zendesk account without issue. I’m wondering if you have any extensions installed at this time?

Just lower the brave shield in Brave icon at the top right near to Bat rewards.
