Logging interaction with a problem site

I am having trouble connecting to a website from my office. The login fails with either a connection reset or a TLS Handshake fail depending on the browser. I can log on to the site from other locations

go to www.hancockwhitney.com and attempt to login to an account.

Every attempt fails

I would like to be able to log the interaction between my computer and the website, hopefully to find out why it is failing.

I got a login, user/password request. Can you try again, or try via a vpn. Tested from NZ, via US ip.

It fails after entering avalid username and password.
