On iPhone / iOS the url bar, tabs bar, and navigation bar all disappear while scrolling, and then jump back in when not scrolling. This moves the text on the screen when they reappear. I would like to lock the three bars in place at all times other than when watching a full screen video. If that is not possible, then when the bars jump back I would expect the text on the screen to not reposition down slightly to accommodate the URL and tabs bars. Are either of these possible right now?
