Then turn off private DNS as there is no need for it. Unless you have a host name, SSL certificate, and have OPNsesne set up is a private DNS provider in which case you would put that host name in the private DNS settings. If not then just turn off private DNS and then it will use OPNsesne as long as the operating system is set to use it.
