Local site content blocked even with shields turned off

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Enter address of local Open Media Vault website (192.168.1.40)
  2. Open Media Vault opens with a blue background only. No other content.
  3. Turn off shields.
  4. Same behavior.
  5. Works fine on Firefox.

Expected result:
Completely displays Open Media Vault landing page.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.45.123 Chromium: 107.0.5304.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I cleared 24 hours of browsing data. That fixed it.
