Description of the issue:
Media controls (Play/Pause, Next, Previous) not working

- Play music in web browser
- Press any media button

Music does not change based on input

Music changes based on input

Additional Information:
I don’t know if this is even a bug. I assume there would be some kind of support but everything I find on the internet doesn’t directly match my issue. I switched over from Chrome and removed any extensions that might interfere. I’ve disabled the #hardware-media-key-handling setting in flags but still nothing. (see below)
The music playing in the “Modern Media UI” or whatever it’s called but the hotkeys just aren’t working. (see below)
