List view for tabs

What I want: I would like the ability to choose between the grid layout and a list layout.

Why I want it: This would make it so much easier to view many tabs at once and manage them. This would be especially helpful for people with many tabs.

I’d totally like to have this. I don’t understand why the new designs don’t take into consideration that phones got a lot bigger and some people might want or need to use the phone with only a single hand.

This is a good idea and if it can side slide to close to it would be the best

Yes, I totally agree about this as this feature will help make the accessibility of tabs more easier. I also would like to suggest for it to be available on either the left or right side to account for left and right handed people. I have provided an image from a different browser that is probably close to what this suggestion is talking about.

Would LOVE to have this feature; accessibility wise it makes a huge difference to be able to manage tabs with only one-handed use.

The tabs UI on the Brave mobile browser (specifically the “card” grid design) makes it difficult to close tabs with just one hand. Orion’s iOS browser support vertical tabs and in particular has a (imo) really great UI design: there is an icon on the navigation bar that, when clicked, brings up a sidebar with a vertical list of tabs (which starts at the bottom of the screen) with an ‘x’ on the very right hand side which makes it very easy to close/manage tabs with one hand.

See screenshot below for what the (1) navigation bar icon and (2) the sidebar/tab browser that pops up look like on my iPhone 15 Pro Max on iOS 18.1:
