Please test by using the Guest Profile:

Websites no longer properly, requiring a refresh

Can you please try launching a Guest Profile (Menu --> More tools --> Guest profile), close your original profile window, then try to visit that site (and/or any others you’re seeing this issue with) and test to see if you get the same results?

And you might try Brave Beta for testing:

Can you please, on your personal laptop, try installing the Beta build of the browser and tell me if you get the same issue when you try to visit the sites in Beta? Note that installing/running will not interfere with your current installation — it will just run as a separate browser.
