I cannot install and connect to the source after I add the source according to the instructions.
Can not connect with VPN proxy. How to do?

could you tell us the error msg that show up
first it hard to get all those chinese words but i did not see you use that command
sudo apt install brave-browser
you should get question that ask you if you want to download brave which i think about 80MB
even the ip is not from brave ip
could you change the proxy or the vpn server and try again
sudo apt update

not sure if the block is from your vpn or not but can you change your vpn or the server that you use with that vpn
VPN has changed many countries, but the server source is still not connected
