Description of the issue:
Brave browser installed on Debian 12.5 aarch64 on a Raspberry Pi 5, supports WebGL but not WebGL2, while Firefox and Chromium on the same computer and OS do both support WebGL and WebGL2. By Firefox and Chromium, we mean the Raspberry Pi OS built versions, not Debian’s.
Brave 1.66.115 Chromium: 125.0.6422.112 (Build oficial) (64 bits)
Firefox 126.0 for Raspberry Pi OS, custom build by Raspberry Pi OS.
Chromium 124.0.6367.73, custom build by Raspberry Pi OS.
Chromium 125.0.6422.112, official aarch64 Debian build does not support WebGL2 either, so we think some special flags were used by Raspberry Pi OS to build its version.

https://get.webgl.org/webgl2/ works on Firefox and Chromium, does not work on Brave (neither with Shields up or down)
