Description of the issue:
When using LinkedIn on the iPad and Android the timeline doesn’t scroll smoothly:

Sometimes there is a noticeable lag of several seconds before new posts appear;

Sometimes the sidebars vanish

When posting replies or comments on posts, there is considerable lag. Sometimes this manifests as the text being typed not appearing, being lost or swamping the screen.

Tapping like etc can have noticeable delays (2-5 seconds or more).
The problem becomes more noticeable the longer LinkedIn is being used.
The issue has been raised with LinkedIn who cannot recreate as Brave is not a supported Browser.
