After checking on both Windows and Android (both on mobile and wifi) Leo Premium has stopped working since Aug 23 with the “There was a network issue connecting…” message, except for one brief period of time on wifi for about 3 responses, then right back to the “There was a network issue…”

Searched on the forum to look for similar problem. Saw something about a “Refresh Leo” or “Refresh Leo Credentials” but do not see this button on Windows or Android, not sure if answer is relevant as problem has been shown to be intermittent on my systems.
*** Leo standard, not premium model on same PC, same wifi, works. Different user login same machine can use standard model fine. Haiku, Sonnet and Llama not working on paid model as well. Thx.
