I’m writing this on behalf of the Hyros Engineering Team. Simply put, Hyros is a platform that allows users to visualize interactions between their customers and the Ads they’re running, providing them with a way of knowing exactly which of their Ads are the most performing.
When we noticed that Brave started blocking our tracking domain and realized this was to be expected eventually, but what we also found out is that the blacklist seems to be affecting all resources that are loaded from hyros.com. This means that our sales site, as well as our application looks broken for any potential users visiting us through Brave. CSS files are being stripped from its contents and JS scripts that are necessary for the application to work are also blocked, as it can be seen in pages like https://hyros.com and https://app.hyros.com (with Shields enabled, of course).
With all of this in mind, we would like to request a removal of these two domains from the blacklist, leaving tracking.hyros.com subdomain as blacklisted, since this is the subdomain that is being used for 3rd party tracking purposes on our users’ pages. If for some reason this is not possible, we would at least request for these resources to not be blocked if they’re loaded from within the same domain, since we would prefer not to have to resort to instruct customers to disable Shields for our domain each time they visit us. We do not show any kind of Ads on either of these two domains.
Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to move forward with this.
Thanks in advance.
