I’ve tried all suggestions on topic but topics were closed. I have Windows 10. VPN and virus protection are not stopping it. I tried to load as Administrator but no go. It says I don’t have proper permissions. I’ve tried fixing but nothing is working. It works fine on my Android and my PC.
