Language cannot be changed in private Tor window

Description of the issue:
When I open a new private window with Tor, I automatically set my language (in this case, Italian) and American English. Going on the settings I can’t choose other languages, this damages my anonymity when I use Tor, because it is possible to determine my language and my possible nationality.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Click on “New private window with Tor”

Expected result:
The language cannot be changed.
