Keyboard Shortcuts Not Working in Linux

Description of the issue:
Running Brave on Manjaro Linux KDE, I cannot find any way to use keyboard shortcuts to navigate backward and forward. Ctrl+[ and Crtl+] do nothing. Using Ctrl and the arrow keys also does nothing, nor any combo with the Alt key.

What’s more, there’s no UI cue to let you know what keyboard shortcut you should be using. In Firefox, hover the mouse over the forward and back button and you get a floating cue letting you know what keyboard combo to use. The Linux version of Brave doesn’t appear to have this, nor is there anywhere in the menus that tell you what keyboard shortcuts to use.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Start Brave.
  2. Navigate to a website.
  3. Try to use the keyboard to go back.

Expected result:
Navigate back and forth

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave 1.38.111
