This is the worst “upgrade” I have ever heard.
CMD+C (or CTRL+C) is UNIVERSAL as the hot key for “copy”. It’s a meme!
Why oh WHY would you change that? It’s like saying "you know what, it’s faster to type “ff” to get “F” rather than “shift+f” so, from now on, to get a capital letter, you have to double tap the letter…
It’s as bad as my auto-correct changing “Were” to “We’re” every time I type it…
It’s a ridiculous change. Oddly inconsistent too, I have one window that has normal copy Cmd+C and another where is copy clean.
Just to confirm, this was a bug, not a change. And the bug is now resolved so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread.
