Keyboard doesn't function in PDFs

I’ve put this in as a feature request but it is a bug. A bug of omission maybe but a bug. This needs to be fixed today. This is basic functionality that doesn’t work.

The keyboard doesn’t work in PDF files the way it does viewing HTML. PdDn, PgUp, space, downArrow, upArrow, all do not function in PDF files. The only way to navigate a PDF file is with the mouse.

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Load a PDF
2. Try to scroll through it using the keyboard

Expected result:
That I would be able to scroll using the F****** keyboard.

Thanks for reaching out.
On my end (also on macOS), these keys do work as intended. I’m able to navigate the PDF using these keys as I would any other site.

Can you share an example PDF (if possible) where you see this behavior so I can test the same files you’re testing? Additionally, can you tell me if you have any extensions installed in the browser at this time?
