Kerberos authentication has stopped working

Description of the issue:
A year or more ago, I added the registry policy key for AuthNegotiateDelegateWhitelist per https://community.brave.com/t/how-do-i-set-the-authnegotiatedelegatewhitelist-policy/77327. However the reporting services website no longer works. I have verified that the registry key is still there.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Brave responds:
An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)
Cannot create a connection to data source ‘’. (rsErrorOpeningConnection)
Login failed for user ‘NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON’.

Expected result:
The report should run

Reproduces how often:
All the time, including after a full reboot.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Windows 10
Brave Version 1.9.80 Chromium: 81.0.4044.138 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:

Per https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039248271-Group-Policy, Brave has now split their policies out from the chromium branch. When you put the AuthNegotiateDelegateWhitespace value in
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\BraveSoftware\Brave, the problem goes away.
