I often have a multitude of tabs and when I need to locate a specific one quickly,
I glance for its icon, but (currently) upon relaunching [Brave], all icons are
greyed out until tabs are reloaded, which causes unnecessary delay.
Perhaps also a ‘half opacity’ icon appearance for unloaded tabs and
a full appearance for loaded tabs (It’s a small refinement to it’s design)
Side Note:
Brave does kind of do this already but only In cases where it is interrupted
(crushed). When relaunched Brave would (hopefully) give you the option
to “reload all pages”
Not entirely sure I understand the question(s) here. By default, assuming no modifications to the behavior (using an extension for example), when Brave is launched, all tabs should be loaded, including their icons.
While it may take a second to load everything (depending on how many tabs you have, the specs of your machine, etc.), once done, all tabs should look exactly the same as they did right before you closed the browser.
Some of my tabs look like this. Occasionally they ALL look like this, sometimes for days and I have to manually click each icon. Is there a workaround?
One tab is my solution for now.
.
Beware, after installing (as they don’t mention it), it will literally,
take a single click to remove all your tabs into a list of a single tab.
Afterwards (& later) you can restore all of it in two clicks.
.
(P.S. to the dev, I’ve done some tests,
but I hadn’t had time to write it here, yet).
