Description of the issue
When viewing the New video page, if there more videos than can be displayed on the page, there are arrows allowing that section to scroll left and right. However in Brave, it only scrolls to the right a single video, even when there are more to the right according to the number of titles listed. The right scroll arrow is still visible, but the page does not scroll any farther. This behavior occurs with both shields up and down.
