Just installed the latest Brave for ios, High Sierra, and my Brave Rewards hangs after I select United States. My account is activated. No vpn or proxy server

Briefly describe your issue: can’t activate Brave Rewards, Hangs after I pick United States

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (ios-High Sierra)?

Is your Brave Rewards Profile currently verified? (yes/no) No, that’s what I’m trying to do

What date did you connect a your Brave Rewards Profile? Jan. 30th, 2023

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? Not that I remember

**Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)**No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? Yes, United States

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices? Haven’t gotten that far

Brave Rewards has been discontinued for iOS devices after Apple raised guidelines.

@rcherry506 I am a bit confused on what you have. You marked on your topic and in your answer that you’re using iOS. But High Sierra should be Mac. The difference is that iOS is what runs on iPad and iPhone for the most part, whereas Mac is laptop and desktop. Could you confirm for me what you’re using?

In order to get this far, makes it feel more comfortable to say you’re using Mac. Are you getting any errors or anything when it hangs? Does it crash or just kind of sticks on a perpetual loading screen?

If click on the hamburger menu and create a new profile within Brave, do you experience the same issue?

What version of Brave are you using? (It was asked but not answered in your original template)
