Description of the issue:
Jetbrains licence agreement doesn’t show content when shield is ON

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Login to jetbrains https://account.jetbrains.com

2. Click on review licence agreement button (you need to purchase it or apply for educational purposes)
   

   

3. A popup will appear, with accept button disabled and no content

Expected result:

Shield should not affect the content. For example this is the popup when shield is off.

Actually I have accepted the licence and can not see that button again.

If we know the css element, we can figure out the issue and fix it. If you replicate it again let me know
