First of all let me thank you for all of your tremendous work. I am very happy Brave user from the early days, I think I must be using Brave for about 4 years.
I can see in my PC that my Brave Wallet Recovery Key was created: 1/13/2019.
So, there was about 50 BAT in my browser - all off a sudden my balance shows just 1.75 BAT.
So I’ll be glad if you can explain what possibly happened and how to recover my previous balance.
Thank you
Best Regards

**Are you using a VPN? (no)

**Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute? - yes
Yes, I sent out a few BATs in 2019, all single payments to say thanks for some content, nothing ever since. (To be precise, there were in fact auto-contributes as well, but I believe with my knowledge. Last pay: 5 BAT in August 2019 to a YouTuber.)
Not sure what you’re looking at, but Brave Wallet is completely different from Brave Rewards.
Have you always been Unverified or did you have your device connected to Uphold or Gemini in the past?
Did you uninstall Brave, format your device, or anything of the sort?
Lastly, want to make sure to point out, any time we have an issue surrounding BAT, it’s usually best to create a Support Ticket so the whole team has access on it and can help. This will also allow them to get information from you that shouldn’t be shared openly, such as your Wallet Payment ID that you’ll see in brave://rewards-internals.
Ok, I would assume that a browser which rewards users with crypto tokens comes with a built-in wallet because that’s the way you store crypto tokens, but I understand it may not be the case in terms of not discouraging potential Brave users with no crypto experience, nevertheless the date shows I’ve been with Brave long enough to amass rewards of 50 BAT
I’ve been unverified all the time, yes.
Never uninstalled Brave, no formatting of my device (happy dell xps user)
