Brave Version(See theAbout Brave
page in the main menu):
Desktop: v.1.60.118
Phone: Android 13; Build/TP1A.220905.001 - v.1.60.116
Type of devices currently running on the Sync chain in question:
2 devices: one windows 10 laptop and one android 13 smartphone
Additional Information:
I started using both my laptop and phone on August 29th of this year. Both devices were added to the chain. I browsed to this address multiple times the past year on my desktop before removing Brave previous week.
So previous week I removed my laptop from the chain (after syncing to the chain). All items up to that point were saved to the chain and also accessible on my phone ( I synced everything except passwords or web apps). Then I deleted Brave with all data from my pc, restarted my laptop and reinstalled the newest Brave version. Then I downloaded a fresh, blank version of Brave. I linked to the chain using the chain code in my phone’s browser.
Most items that I viewed on my phone before previous week are available in both the address bar and history menu. See for example the screenshot of the nvidia chip war article.
But it remains very strange that I can see this item in my address bar, but not in the history menu.
As far as bookmarks are concerned is everything synced.
See screenshots for clarity:
It does work in all other instances:
Brave does not let me upload more than 4 screenshots…
