Issue With Spell-Check

I installed Brave yesterday and immediately noticed that it had functionality issues with Google Documents. I cannot figure out how to get the spell-checker underlining function to show-up despite it being turned on. I have include images below

Is something within Brave blocking the spell-check? Everything appears to be in order on Google’s and within the language settings of Brave.

The underline appears to function within chrome

Url is your standard Google Document

I have not touched any settings within brave, so I assume the setting are still default

The build is the latest version, no modifications or editing on my end.

Let me know what else I can provide - kindly not I am not technical, so kindly bear with me as I provide information to you

Seems to be working for me (Win10)

Default settings set as well. Can you tell (or screenshot) me what your Shields panel is set to on google docs?

I know - this is confusing me as well.

Can you clarify where I need to grab the screenshot of the shield settings from?

I will send it over right away.

If that doesn’t work, does it make sense to uninstall Brave and reinstall?

I am running Windows 10 as well.
