Issue with accessing the web with web authentication

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Try to access a website while connected to a WiFi network that requires protected authentication.
  2. Brave will not let you go to any website or connect to the website that is used for authentication.

Expected result:
On Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, when you try to go to a website while connected to this WiFi network, it automatically takes you to the website needed for authentication and login.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.14.84 Chromium: 85.0.4183.121 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
I believe it takes you to an IP address to login. I don’t know if this helps diagnose the issue.
