Hi, I downloaded brave like 3 days ago, when I logged in to discord and instagram via the private tab with TOR, when I got I notification that someone logged in into my account from the Netherlands, is this normal? Is TOR like a VPN?

it’s sent you from node to node more like 3 hops or more. in which in your case, Netherlands is the final stop.
