How can this issue be reproduced?

The issue is that I can’t find away to completely remove a specific site from auto-contribute. I can only exclude it when I click delete but the address and name of the site will still be seen under excludes tab.

You can reproduce the issue simply by visiting a youtube channel and then try to remove it from the auto-contribute list and it will stay there under excludes.
Brave Version( check About Brave):
I’m not sure I have uninstalled the browser over that issue just to remove that record of visiting such channel.
