Briefly describe your issue:
I am having issue with verify PCs to the gemini/uphold wallet due to the device limitation. So I am wondering if there are any ways i can reset (de-register) all the devices that are currently linked (verified) to Uphold & Gemini, so I can start over and re-connect the PCs on my own?
What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Windows 10 Pro
Version 1.31.87 Chromium: 95.0.4638.54 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
Yes. I have 2 devices currently verified and accessible, but could not get the 3rd & 4th device to connect. It maybe due to previous PCs no longer in use taking up device limit spots.
What date did you verify your wallet?
The most recent one would be around September 29, 2021
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes.
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No
Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes. I am in Canada
Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Yes, I have auto-contribute feature off on my devices.
I would jump on it sooner than later, before they get bogged down with more and more requests. I luckily only had to wait a day. But eventually if a lot of people are requesting it, you can imagine the wait times could be very long indeed.
ÂżCĂłmo lo hiciste?, yo estoy enfrentando este mismo problema porque le quite el Windows a mi PC para instalar Ubuntu y ahora tengo el limite maximo de dispositivos
