Is there an option to disable the TIP button appearing on Twitter?

Is there any way to stop Brave injecting the Tip icon into Twitter? I’m working with other functionality and I want to be able to stop this from happening.

Version 1.9.72 Chromium: 81.0.4044.138 (Official Build) (64-bit)
