Is there an area in the title bar for grabbing and moving the brave window?

After a long break, I have installed Brave again and am currently wondering about a non-existent area for grabbing and moving the Brave window. Is it hidden anywhere?
I have found some few points in the bar that I have to hit with pixel precision (i.e. mouse position in screenshot).
