I personally don’t use this feature. I have been very used to have the “search selected text with google” option on the second place of the context menu. If I misclick, it also erases the content in my clipboard. I am having a hard time adapting this.
I respect people who needs this feature, but it will be very nice if there is an option to turn it off.
I read that you can do something with the shortcut to disable the samething for Chrome, but it doesn’t work on Brave. If something like this works, I will settle as well.
The thing:
go to chrome://flags/; Right click on your chrome short cut → Go to shortcut → target ->append this argument in the end, after the .exe filepath (“…chrome.exe”):–disable-features=CopyLinkToText(the argument to be added should be outside of the double quote sign)
