In Europe and therefore Germany we are burdened by the “General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)” respectively the “Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO)”.
Is the rewards system compatible with this regulation? Do I need to worry in this respect when I consider to become a Brave Rewards Creator?
I don’t think Brave will be able to provide legal advice in regard to this but from my understanding you, as a creator, should be fine. If there are any issues relating to DSGVO then it is between the end-users and Brave, but that is just my humble opinion… (IANAL etc.).
