Is SIP must be enabled for M1 Pro Mac?

Description of the issue:
Brave browser cannot be use on my M1 Pro machine when I disable SIP.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Disable SIP
  2. Open Brave

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
It only open a black screen and can’t do anything with it

Expected result:
A usable browser

Reproduces how often: Every time I disable SIP

Operating System and Brave Version:
macOS 12.4
Brave V1.38.119
