Is my account flagged?

Short answer, yes. lol Some ad campaigns have caps, so even though you might see the ad, you don’t earn BAT.

You can check on ad campaigns available to your area at Brave Ads Catalog Viewer .

This post explains what some of the information displayed means:

If your ads haven’t started back up, your account may have been flagged for some reason. Only a moderator can check and unflag it if it is flagged. You should send a direct message (DM) to the moderators. Provide a short explanation of your problem and the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals )
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version )
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in `Settings → Brave Rewards

Mattches and Steeven are the moderators who handle most of the rewards issues.

How to DM a moderator:

Click on their icon and select the Message button in the top right corner or
You can go to your profile and create a new message in Messages.
