Is it possible to refund BAT contributed through auto-contribute which was turned on without my knowledge?

Auto-contribute was turned on without my knowledge and donated BAT. I had no idea at all that it was turned on.

No, they usually don’t reverse auto-contribute or anything. It’s one of those things that you take as a learning experience. You can always create a Support Ticket to find out, which you can do by completing the form at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431

Just be advised that they have guides and tutorials for the browser. Any money taken would have already been paid to others, meaning you’d be asking a company to sacrifice money. When you get things, it’s always important to read about the settings and make sure you have things in place.

That said, they are working on simplifying things for people in the future. As to whether they’ll do anything for you, I can’t say with any level of certainty. I can only suggest you reach out to them through the support ticket and see what they tell you.
