A quick way to find that information (and more):
In a Brave Browser New Window, go to: brave://version

- Brave: 1.41.100 Chromium: 103.0.5060.134 (Official Build) (x86_64)
- Revision: 8e87g96f96b3feb087t0qfg0g7q33c-refs/branch-heads/1160@{#2242}

. . . and paste the lines you found, into your OP.
Re your question
In the Brave Browser Global Shields settings, DISABLE the switch that would block cookies.
In a Brave Browser New Window, go to:
brave://settings/content/javascript
Scroll down that javascript settings page to Allowed to use javascript
Click the Add button
Enter [*.]website_of_interest.com
as the site . . . but do not Enable the following:
- Current Private session only
Click the Add button
(You would replace the character string, “website_of_interest.com” with your bank’s domain.)
@domino Shields has site specific option and global. If you disable in site specific then it should always make sure to be turned off when you visit. It would only lose this setting if you go to delete browsing data section and choose to delete your site and shields settings.
To be clear, your global setting is the default settings that will appear. This is what we see at brave://settings/shields
.
Site specific settings are what we see when we click on the Shields lion icon, which generates the little drop down widget type of thing like in my screenshot below. What you change there should only change for the site you’re visiting.

ok , i understand . thank you very much .
