How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Try to go to a flash website
  2. Impossible to follow the FAQ guidelines (desktop)
  3. No solution to get flash on android

Having flash plugin

Mobile Device details
Android 7.1.2
LineageOS

Flash isn’t supported on Mobile. Also Flash is about to reach end of life on desktop so it wont be available on desktop either.
