Is it fine if I let people tip after changing tipping banner!

Today I updated my tipping banner so should I let my users to tip today or should I wait till it gets updated after 24 hours!?

I warned my users to not tip today, please let me know if it is fine if they tip today or should they wait till it gets updated.
