is flash is a thing for brave if so where can i enable
Yes, the location to enable it is Settings > Advanced > Privacy & Security > Site Settings > Flash or chrome://settings/content/flash.
As a heads up, Flash is going to no longer be supported by the end of next year (2020) and will be removed from Chrome/Chromium/Brave.
it seems to still not be working
When you go to chrome://settings/content/flash, there should be a switch that will change it to ask first. Then head to the site you want to run Flash on and you should get a notification asking if you want to run Flash.

It is a bit dated but it should work.
