Troubleshooting technical issues is much easier when both the user and support agent practice clear communication. For this reason, we have provided the template below for you to fill out with information about your issue. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can most efficiently resolve your problem.

Description of the issue:

Opening multi-page PDFs and scrolling to the bottom (hitting the end or over- scrolling) makes Brave jump back to the top of the PDF.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open a multi-page PDF such as https://www.grc.com/sn/sn-930-notes.pdf
    or https://www.whirlpool.com/content/dam/global/documents/201711/InstallationInstructions-W10631155-RevA.pdf, which are examples.

  2. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the PDF so that you hit the end and try to scroll further (intentionally or accidentally).

  3. Brave will jump to the top of the PDF.

Expected result:
Brave should remain at the end of the PDF and simply bounce as you try to scroll further down even though you are at the end of the PDF.
