Description of the issue
On certain sites that may have an embedded video, sometimes in the lower right corner, scrolling is disabled, and the page will only bounce. It can be alleviated by turning the iPad to a different orientation and then back again,
How can this issue be reproduced?
Go to https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/. Notice the embedded video in the corner. Try to scroll. It is not consistent, but it is pretty frequent.
Expected result:
The page will bounce, but not scroll. Change the orientation of the iPad and then back again, it will work for a little bit then revert back to the issue.
