Brave iOS should have keyboard shortcuts consistent with Brave Desktop. Specifically there should be two keyboard shortcuts added to Brave IOS for iPad for; delete all browsing data (shift cmd delete) and save to PDF (cmd S).

That’s not addressing what the OP mentioned. They are making a feature request that iOS Can have keyboard shortcuts as well. At this time it’s only available for desktop devices
I posted reference material. Other readers of this forum, may find the “keyboard shortcuts” while searching. And, the reference material (keyboard shortcuts) is . . . material to the issue.
The feature requested, if established, will likely include the iPad keyboard shortcuts under the same topic within the Brave Support Help Center webpages.
