iPad and iPhone have problem with collecting BAT

I’m getting this kind of message on my iPhone and iPad app: “Brave Rewards payouts are temporarily unavailable on this device. Transfer your existing wallet funds to a desktop wallet to keep your tokens”.

I tried to reinstall the app but it’s not working. I’m getting the same message.
