Description of the issue:
Brave on iOS is blocking images on a few sites when Shields Up is turned on that work fine on Brave MacOS desktop.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
- Install latest Brave iOS and ensure Shields Up is enabled with “Block Cross-site Trackers” turned on.
- Go to https://www.torporhouse.com/
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
on iOS only, if “Block Cross-site Trackers” is turned on images don’t load:
if you disabled “Block Cross-site Trackers”, it loads fine:
On Brave MacOS desktop version, with same shields up config it works fine:
Expected result:
It doesn’t appear to be any reason images should be blocked differently on iOS vs MacOS so I’d expected images to show even with shields up turned on.
